我是个热爱速度与多巴胺的人，喜欢骑上机车去追风，感受引擎的脉动；也习惯在跑道上通过跑步与自己对话，享受那种纯粹的自律。 但除了外表的“野”，我的内心也有一份烟火气。回到厨房，我会认真研究每一道菜肴的火候。对我来说，最好的放松就是骑行归来，为重要的人（或者犒劳自己）做一顿热气腾腾的饭菜。 能动能静，热爱生活，这就是我。

I am a person who loves speed and dopamine. I enjoy riding a motorcycle to chase the wind and feel the pulse of the engine; I am also used to talking to myself through running on the track, enjoying that pure self-discipline. But besides the "wildness" on the outside, there is also a smoky aura in my heart. Returning to the kitchen, I will carefully study the heat of each dish. For me, the best way to relax is to ride back and cook a steaming hot meal for someone important (or to reward myself). Being active and calm, loving life, that's me.
